GourdMaster™ Heat Activated Designer Glue makes accenting with the Gourd Art Finishes likePigment Powders(and especially metal leafing ) quick and easy!

Simply use a paintbrush to apply the glue to specific areas where you want your powders or accents, then heat the glue with yourHeat Tool (a blow dryer diffuses the heat too much and will not get hot enough!)until it is tacky and apply yourPigment PowdersorMetal Leafing. A'must' if you are applying these products to a geometric design!

Now available in black for easier application! With black you can easily see where you are applying your glue and wipe off excess before you heat set!

Step 1: Apply small amount ofGourdMaster™ heat-activated Designer Glueusing a paint brush. Step 2: Heat activate the glue using a heat tool for approx. 30 seconds or until glue has lost its shine and turned matte. Step 3:Firmly press your metal leaf against the glue. (You can touch it with your fingers without fear of tarnishing as long as you are not using real metal leafing, such as 24k gold). Step 4: Use a sponge brush to remove excess. Step 5: If you went outside your lines, use a nail file or sanding stick to remove excess, and/or yourwoodburning toolto clean your lines. (We strongly recommend woodburning your design before applying metal leaf.)

Now you can use this incredible glue to make quick and easy images using your rubber stamps:

Step 1:Press your rubber stamp into the GLUEPAD (or rub the pad over the stamp if it is a large stamp), and stamp onto gourd surface (you may need a bit of practice to rock your stamp around the curve of the gourd - be sure to order someGourd Practice Pieces!) Step 2: Heat activate the glue using aHeat Toolfor approx. 30 seconds or until glue has lost its shine and turned matte. (You cannot over heat the glue, so more time is better than less) Step 3:Once the glue is tacky, apply a small amount ofPigment Powdersusing a fluffy brush. Wipe off excess with a dry tissue and reheat to set.. Step 4: Seal and protect withGourd Varnish.
