GourdMaster™ - Gourd Ink Dyes
Everyone is talking about GourdMaster™ Ink Dyes!
GourdMaster™ Ink Dyes are now the most popular coloring agent on gourds!
"Greetings Folks! Wanted to tell you just how happy I am with the amazing new colors offered in your new gourd [ink] dyes! The colors a bright & crisp, easy to use, & best of all, I can use drops of concentrated color instead of tons of leather dye. I am very happy, & will be passing this info on to all my friends! Many Thanks!" -Cynthia B., Picture Rocks Art, www.picturerocks.net
Why are GourdMasterTM Ink Dyes the number one coloring agent used on gourds? They are fade-resistant, streak free, semi-transparent, water based, non-toxic, and come in 30 incredible colors!
In the past gourd artisits have used leather dye to color gourds, but being alcohol -based, leather dye fades quickly, plus it can be difficult to work with, leaving streaks in your gourd art and staining hands and clothes.
Ink Dyes give you the same translucent effect but without all the problems inherent with leather dyes. Plus they are extremely concentrated and a little goes a long way. Just one 1/2 oz bottle of Ink Dye will cover about 100 gourds of the 5"to 6" diameter size!
GourdMasterTM Ink Dyes are formulated to provide rich, vibrant colors that look great on your gourds. They go on smooth with no streaking or mess, and blend together beautifull as shown in the fall leaf picture below. Ink dyes can even be removed if you make a mistake. Just use GourdMasterTM Formula 49 with a felt or a coton swab and Ink Dye removes like magic!

"I love the new Formula 49.... the fact that it will almost completely remove ink dye is a reason alone to call it a great product, not to mention how well it works to blend the inks. I use it so much I just wish it came in a bigger bottle!." -Gloria Crane
Formula 49 can be used to lighten or dilute Ink Dye colors if you want a softer look. It's also perfect as a shell conditioner on gourds that have become overly dry and can be used underneath your Ink Dye to keep colors from soaking in too dark. Unlike Gourd Wax or Protecting Wax, varnish applied over the top of the Formula 49 will not peel or flake off!
Ink Dye can be applied with a piece of felt orby using the specially designed Ink Dye Appicator Cube. Not only does the Applicator Cub enable you to apply your color smoothly with no dripping or running, it has a fine, soft surface that will not scratch or create streaks on your gourd. Plus you avoid wasting your ink Dye on rags, which only soak up your product and waste it, because the Applicator Cube can be sealed and stored for later use.

"I ordered the [Ink Dyes] and they arrived yesterday. Last night I used them on two gourd bowls and a necklace. The colors are luscious. I was so anxious to try them all I just did a patchwork pattern on one of the gourds. The little ink pads make it all very simple. The colors stay where you put them, edges are easy to blend..." -Karen C. in IL
