Start here to find your gourds, including
HOW GOURDS ARE PRICED
Gourds are sized by diameter at the widest part of the gourd (not by
height or circumference) and measured in inches.
Diameter is the distance straight across the gourd at its widest point
(see diagram, right), not the distance around the gourd, which is the
circumference. Gourds are never measured by height or length unless
they are specialty shapes such as sculpture or snake gourds. |

Each gourd comes perfectly cleaned inside and out with the inside totally sanded and

Drum Kit

gourd to meet your exact specifications).
With Gourds by the Box, the labor cost is greatly reduced because the shapes and sizes
are consistent and we can “pre-box” many identical orders at the same time. Which
means you save money! Plus, there is no extra charge for cleaning since all pre-boxed gourds have already been washed for you!
Gourds by the Box are conveniently grouped by shape, and each shape gives you a

Tall Body
