Wipe them on with felt just like you would Ink Dye for a beautiful semi-transparent look that is just as fade-resistant, or apply them like an acrylic paint: Being pigment based, they are more viscous than Ink Dye so you can actually apply them with a paint brush and the color stays where you put it without bleeding!

"The best feature of the [transparent] acrylics is the INTENSITY of the colors and the ease of use. They spread just like the ink [dyes], very evenly and without STREAKS!!! They also wipe off easily with water (when still "wet") off the gourd and are extremely FORGIVING.

...They dry twice as fast as the ink [dyes] when using the heat tool and all sealers are compatible. Can't thank you enough for the best coloring medium yet for gourds!! Please make more colors. P.S. Also used them by mixing them with ink [dyes] to make additional shades and new colors that worked fantastically as well. Thanks again."
